I have been trying to locate a movie that was made about the invention of the jet engine and all the trials and set backs that occured, based on the work of Frank Whittle. I recall seeing this black and white movie in the UK back in the 1950's or early 60's, and would like to know if it was ever released in VHS or DVD format. Are you familiar with this film, and if so what was the title?

I am looking to buy a 'play aircraft' for my 8 year old son. I have plenty of space on my property - its really just for a 'den'. Sorry to bother you about this - but do you know where I could get a shell or non-working plane (any type) for him? It can be in any condition Cheers DAve

I recently visited MAM in my quest to view the EE Lightnings and the Vulcan, My day didn't start very well with the long journey down the M1 but the people at MAM made it all worth while. I would recomend it to any worthy enthusiast to go and visit MAM, There is in my mind the most complete Vulcan cockpit on display and a great range of coldwar aircraft all in one place and the most polite people that despite being busy helped me in every way, Thankyou MAM!!!!!.
