I just found the museum a few days ago. Outstanding aircraft there! Wish I could go there in person!

The site is looking good and I would love to get there and get some photos of the Leopard (especially) as my dad was CMCs Chief Designer at the time of the Leopard. Still its a shame about both aircraft not being together.

You may be interested to know that my husband Steve Holland, was a flight test observer on the Viscount you now have in your museum. According to his log book - F-BGNR was test flown on various dates commencing 6.5.54 The first flight was piloted by Mr Guy Morgan. The only comment on this aircraft was that the undercarriage did not lower correctly. That was on flight 20th 5.54. If you would like a copy of the log book details let me know and I will send them to you.

A very interesting Web Site! You are all doing fine work and I look forward to seeing your exhibtion later this year. My father Fred Bradford was one of the 'five' who, under Mr Petter designed the Canberra after the War, he was later Chief Structural Designer on the P1A/P1B and Lighting and TSR2. I must see these aircraft again! Well done.
